I work Top Down and Bottom up. I use subconscious tools, as when a client is in fight/flight or freeze, it will be impossible for them to come from a place of calmness and decision making, which is very important. Once they are back to the front part of the brain (top down) I coach them to be the best they can be, also enabling them to self regulate. I use Hypnosis, Rapid Transformational Therapy, Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching, Brainspotting and Autogenics to move them from the space they are in. I also go back to the root cause of why they are acting this way, what has happened that has lead to this breakdown, and rewire it. It usually comes from the childhood.
